About Stir Bakery

Stir Bakery opened its doors right next door to the coffee shop in April 2017. Since then it has become weekend destination for all those seeking freshly baked sourdough, rye, focaccia and brioche as well as delicious pastries and cakes.

We now also have a brand new, City Centre location on Green Street!

What we do

Stir Bakery’s bread range consists of sourdoughs and other slow fermented breads.

We focus on simple ingredients - flour, water, salt, with the occasional addition of seeds, grains and fruit – a long fermentation time this gives our bread greater depth of flavour and makes it easier to digest and stay tasty for longer!
